Members can view and edit their profile, remove their CV and opt out of the Member Directory at any time on the Profile & CV page.
Send a request
- Open the Contact page and choose "Other".
- Use the subject "Privacy request" and say which right you are exercising (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent).
- Include your full name, the email you use with GCSB and, if relevant, your verification ID.
What happens next
- We verify your identity using details we already hold, and may ask for more if needed.
- UK, EU and EEA: response within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests).
- Canada: response within 30 days.
- California: receipt confirmed within 10 business days, response within 45 days.
- If we cannot fully meet a request (for example, records of an issued credential needed to prevent fraud), we will explain why.
